All prices are including 25% VAT. The price stated at the time of purchase applies. Skintology Stockholm AB reserves the right to change the prices on all products without prior notice. All campaigns apply while stock lasts unless stated otherwise. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your guardian to use the services provided by Skintology Stockholm.
Using this website
These terms and conditions apply to all use of Skintology.se and on all product orders that you make using Skintology Stockholm’s online shop. By using said services, you acknowledge and accept that the Terms and Conditions can be updated without prior notice. It is up to you, as a user to keep up to date with Skintology Stockholm’s terms and conditions and be aware of potential changes made by Skintology Stockholm.
Skintology Stockholm will not be held responsible if the website is unavailable at any point or for a certain period. Skintology Stockholm reserves the right to restrict access to certain parts or the entire website.
Skintology Stockholm process all personal data that is submitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When using our services, you give consent for your personal data including the products you purchase to be processed and saved.
Prices and availability
If, for some reason, the stock availability is not updated in our online shop and the ordered item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. You will receive an email with information on when the item is expected. Please contact us if you want to cancel the backorder or have any other queries regarding the order.
Skintology Stockholm will not accept responsibility for out of stock situations or delayed deliveries.
Skintology Stockholm reserves the right to cancel your purchase, should any pricing error occur, and will not be bound by incorrect pricing stated.
Skintology Stockholm accepts all major credit cards. Payments are also available through Paypal and Klarna.

Through Klarna (subject to availability outside of Sweden), we offer to pay in installments or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice, it must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date to avoid any late payment fees. Learn more about Klarna’s terms and conditions for invoice payments here. You will receive an order confirmation to the email provided at checkout, with your order details and shipping information. Should you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. When contacting us, always include your order number that can be found in your order confirmation as well as what item it is regarding.
Delivery, Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Sweden starts from 39 SEK and free shipping is available within Sweden for orders over 300 SEK. International shipping starts from 99 SEK (approx. €9) and free shipping is available for orders over 500 SEK (approx. €50.)
Standard delivery time of 3-5 working days in Sweden and up to 10 working days for orders outside of Sweden. We dispatch products within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of receiving the order.
We accept returns of all unopened items in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees.
If you wish to return or exchange any item(s), please contact us on email@example.com with your name, order number as well as what item(s) you wish to return.
We will then send you a return order form, which must be returned with the item(s).
Package the item(s) carefully and send them to us, together with the return order form. The address is:

We refund the amount of your order to the card you used for payment within 14 days of the date we receive the returned item(s).
If you have paid using Klarna: Log in to “My Klarna”, after returning the item(s), and Klarna will manage your refund.
Skintology Stockholm guarantees that the products you have ordered are in perfect condition at the time of dispatch. Should you receive an incorrect delivery or a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email firstname.lastname@example.org stating order number, nature of the claim and for defective items, attach photos for us to easier be able to help you with your claim. We will send you a faulty-item-form that needs to be returned with the item(s). Skintology Stockholm will pay for shipping costs.
Skintology Stockholm reserves the right to debit the customer for all costs relating to unclaimed parcels that have been returned to us. Currently the charge is 99 SEK.
These terms and conditions and your use of this website are subject to Swedish Law and will be regulated and interpreted accordingly. Any disputes will be resolved by a Swedish court of law. Skintology Stockholm AB is a Swedish limited company.
